Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments and services provided by TheraIST Physiotherapy - Caner YILMAZ.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all physiotherapy services, consultations, and appointment arrangements provided by TheraIST Physiotherapy – Caner YILMAZ, unless otherwise agreed in writing in an individual case.

2. Services

The services offered include physiotherapy treatments based on an individual assessment and therapy plan. The specific scope of treatment depends on the patient’s symptoms, therapeutic goals, and – where applicable – the doctor’s referral.

3. Appointments

Treatments are provided exclusively by prior appointment. Confirmed appointments are binding.

4. Cancellation of Appointments

If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, we kindly ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of a later cancellation or non-attendance, we reserve the right to charge for the appointment in accordance with Section 615 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), provided that the appointment could not be reassigned to another patient.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices displayed and valid at the time of treatment shall apply. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due immediately after the treatment session.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, payment is accepted in cash only.

6. Reimbursement by Health Insurance

Provided that the legal and insurance-related requirements are met, part of the treatment costs may be reimbursed by the responsible statutory health insurance provider or by a private supplementary health insurance policy.

As a rule, claims must be submitted to the health insurance provider by the patient. We do not guarantee the type, scope, or amount of any reimbursement.

7. Patient’s Duty to Cooperate

To ensure safe and effective treatment, you are required to provide truthful and complete information regarding relevant health complaints, pre-existing conditions, diagnoses, medical recommendations, and any changes in your health status.

8. Liability

Physiotherapy treatment is carried out to the best of our knowledge and belief and in accordance with professional standards.

No liability can be accepted for specific treatment outcomes, as the course and success of therapy depend on numerous individual factors.

No liability is accepted for personal belongings brought onto the premises.

9. Website Content

11. Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the conflict-of-law provisions of private international law.

12. Place of Jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the provider’s registered office shall be deemed agreed.
