Insight our practice

Individual - Innovative - Holistic

Individual

Our therapeutic approach is individually tailored to your needs, goals, and symptoms.

Innovative

We use modern, scientifically grounded methods to provide you with the best possible physiotherapy.

Holistic

We do not just treat symptoms – we consider your body, lifestyle, and complaints as a whole.

Our process in 3 steps

1.Anamnesis - Initial Assessment:

A detailed initial consultation and initial assessment based on your diagnosis, symptoms, goals, and expectations.

2.Therapy plan:

Based on the information gathered during the initial assessment and the clinical tests performed, an individualized physiotherapy treatment plan is developed to suit you and your goals. If needed, it is reviewed and updated after each treatment session.

3.Completion of the physiotherapy:

At this stage, a reassessment is carried out. The current findings are compared with the initial assessment and clinical test results. Based on this, an individual home exercise program is created for you.

Fees

Wahltherapeut:

You can get part of the costs reimbursed by ÖGK or your private health insurance.

Do I need a referral for physiotherapy?

In Austria, physiotherapy treatment is also possible without a doctor’s referral. However, a doctor’s referral is required if you would like to receive reimbursement from your health insurance provider (ÖGK, BVAEB, SVS). Just get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to help you find the best option.

Does health insurance cover the costs?

With a doctor’s referral (prescription) and valid E-card eligibility, ÖGK covers part of the costs.

You can check how much you will be reimbursed by the ÖGK for physiotherapy sessions via the following link.

Can I have treatment without complaints (prevention)?

Absolutely. Preventive physiotherapy is one of our core services. Whether through posture analysis, mobility screening, or functional training, we help you identify potential problems early, before symptoms develop.

What should I bring to the first session?

Please bring – if available – a doctor’s referral, comfortable clothing, any existing reports or findings (e.g. MRI, X-ray), and your E-card. We will take care of the rest together.
